Sweet and nutritious, white strawberries are packed with vitamins and minerals. White strawberries also contain another unique nutrient - resveratrol. The berries are traditionally harvested by shaking the mulberry tree and then collecting the berries that fall to the ground. Strawberries can also be used in yogurts, cereals, smoothies and baked goods. The delicate taste and texture of berries are also a perfect choice for snacks.
The strawberry tree is native to most of Europe - including Hungary. The white strawberry tree comes from China, the black strawberry tree probably comes from Central Asia, and their fruit is the wood strawberry. It blooms in May, the stamens are pale green, the color of the ripe fruit is white, but there is also a dark burgundy, almost black version. Mulberry fruits are a rich source of polyphenols, they also contain quercetin, rutin, kaempferol, apigenin, luteolin and isoquercetin, which are all excellent antioxidants. Both white, red and black fruits are rich sources of phenols.

AUTHENCITY
Organic Mulberries are 100% natural and does not contain any additives such as sugars, acids, colorants, preservatives, etc.
GMO FREE
Organic Mulberries are not subject to genetic modifications. Process controls are in place to ensure no accidental contamination with genetically modified materials, or materials derived thereafter, can occur. We hereby certify that Organic Mulberries are not subject to labeling under EU Regulations 1829/2003/EC and 1830/2003/EC on genetically modified food and feed.
PESTICIDES
Organic Mulberries complies with the requirements outlined in Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 (and consecutive amendments). It also complies with Soil Association strict organic farming standards. During the manufacturing process the product and the packaging materials are not exposed to pesticides or pesticide residues. Pesticides are not stored on site, nor used in the manufacturing or warehousing areas.
IRRADIATION
The product has not been irradiated and complies with the EU regulation 1999/3/EC.
BSE STATEMENT
Organic Mulberries are produced exclusively from plant source, and does not contain any components from animal origin. It has not been derived from any animal source, and has not come into contact with any components of animal origin.
RESIDUAL SOLVENTS
No residual solvents are used in the manufacturing process.
LEVEL OF UNDESIRABLE SUBSTANCES
The strictly controlled production process of Organic Mulberries ensures that the undesirable substances levels (heavy metals, PAH, mycotoxins, etc.) are below the limits identified by EU legislation (Commission regulation No 2073/2005, No 1881/2006 and consecutive amendments), including the recommendations provided by EFSA on food contaminants.
